Your compensation & benefits
Over the course of your service, you’ll receive a biweekly stipend, pre-planned time off, an education award, health insurance and localized benefits at your site.
Leadership development & training
Through City Year’s comprehensive leadership development model, ongoing training, and coaching from your impact manager you will receive support to guide your work with students and help further your own personal and career goals.
